THE REASON TO GET TOGETHER

Start with the purpose.

A destination is one decision. What your people do there, and why, shapes the experience.

THE LOCANA DIFFERENCE

The logistics matter.
The people are the point.

We bring travel planning and experience design into the same conversation. The setting, the pacing, and the moments between sessions should serve the reason you came together.

A plan people can settle into.

Destination and lodging recommendations, a clear itinerary, and activity options matched to your scope and budget.

Connection with intention.

Shared meals, local experiences, and thoughtful time together, with breathing room for different energy levels.

Designed for your actual team.

Use goals, interests, pace, and practical needs to shape the experience. Travel DNA can support the conversation without assigning employees a compatibility score.

HOW WE GET THERE

A clear path from
“we should” to a plan.

  1. 01

    Tell us what matters.

Your people, timing, budget, and what you want the gathering to accomplish.

  2. 02

    Agree on the scope.

We clarify the brief and propose the planning work, fee, and responsibilities before you commit.

  3. 03

    Shape the journey.

Develop the itinerary and recommendations around the agreed goals, with review points built into the scope.

The practical questions.

What does company planning cost?

Company work is quoted individually. The planning fee depends on headcount, trip complexity, the level of research, and any facilitation or on-site support agreed in your scope. There is no automatic company package or checkout.

Do we need a destination already?

No. Share your timing, where people are traveling from, and an approximate budget. Destination recommendations can be part of the proposal.

What is included in the trip budget?

Keep the planning fee separate from flights, lodging, meals, activities, venue hire, and other provider costs. We clarify the estimate and what you book directly before work begins.

Can you help with facilitation or on-site support?

Tell us what you need. Session design, facilitation, and on-site support can be discussed and included when specifically agreed in your proposal.

Does everyone have to take Travel DNA?

No. It is a tool for understanding travel preferences, not a requirement or an employee assessment. Your team’s goals and practical needs come first.
